Both American and international football are quite boring to watch to be honest! I love watching motorbike racing myself. Formula 1 used to be very cool, but it's like watching paint dry these days because of the stupid governing body.

Golf is the best sport to watch, IMO. Especially a major tournament.

I overpaid tax and now I've been sent a cheque by HMRC.

I've never received a cheque for anything in my life. I'm surprised they still use them - literally the only person I know who uses cheques is my grandmother.

I got one when I finished high school for a work I wrote on the Spanish Civil War

Any sport can be described in similar terms. Appreciation for the game greatly enhances the enjoyment of watching it.

Golf is so random at the elite level though. Feels like anyone can win with a little luck.
