13F when I woke up this morning. We picked up about 1/4 to 1/2 in of snow last night. The forecast wasn’t calling for snow, so I was surprised.

Woke up to a balmy 25F this morning! Also, we managed to apparently spit some snow out overnight. Not much, just a light dusting. Temps don't look to rise much today. Tomorrow we should get up above freezing to our normal high of 35F. Storm system the end of this week will make things interesting. Sounds like Thursday night overnight will be mostly rain with temps in the low 30s but could see a mix with snow Friday morning becoming all rain again by midday. Then changing back over to snow Friday night into Saturday morning before going back to more rain. It doesn't sound like we're looking at any snow accumulations, though. But if the storm track shifts south by not even very much, things could be very different. We shall see.

Balmy and 25°F(-3.9°C) shouldn't be in the same sentence. I would use the term above average

Compared to the past two mornings, which started below 10F, this morning did feel quite warm!

Kind of a blah day weather wise in the Indianapolis area today. Currently in the mid to upper 20’s under overcast skies. I am hoping for the advertised peaks of sunshine this afternoon that the forecast is predicting but I won’t get my hopes up just yet. Funny how temperatures this morning didn’t feel super cold despite the fact that temperatures were only in the low to mid 20’s. I guess that’s what back to back mornings in the teens will do to you......

As of 7:58 pm,

Göle: -11.6°C

Ardahan: -6.6°C

İzmit: +3.8°C (where I live)

Edit:

It was "pm". I had written "am" by mistake. I corrected it.

Yeah but 72F is warm if it's 20F outside. This also implies anything below 72F is considered cold by your logic.
