I would skip both options and go for job C that pays $2/hr more with all the benefits from Job B and hours of 8-5

A. More money for first shift is hard to beat.

Really? How about job C, CEO 500k per year. The point of the question is obviously to decide between the two options and nothing else is available at the time.

B because it has inside/outside work. Would rather not work outside 100% which Job A requires.

With job B, when you are outside for a portion of your shift, it's dark outside, so you don't have to worry about the sun beating down on you giving you sunburn and increasing your risk of skin cancer.

Since Job B is night shift, this frees you up to search for another job during the day

You would also like to go to Heaven without dying and are likely naïve enough to believe that Big Brother/Sister can get it for you.

Based just on this information, I'd go with job A due to higher pay and closer to normal work hours. But I strongly feel that you should enjoy your job... if you would really be happier at one over the other, that might be the best way to go.

Most people aren't going to be able to work the graveyard hours on B. I'm sort of the opposite and don't think I could get up for a 6 am job. So I would pick B, but it really depends on the person and what hours they're comfortable with. I would think that's the deciding factor over a dollar difference in wage.

The pay difference also depends on the base wage. So if one job is paying $50/hour and the other is paying $51/hour, that's only a 2% difference. But if the jobs are $8 versus $7, that's over a 10% difference and becomes a more important factor.
