Acajack, I usually like your informative posts, even with the slight Quebec bias but I think you're a bit off base here.

If a person, like Arnold is born in Austria and grows up there, that person is Austrian.
Arnold could live for 70 years in the US but he is still Austrian.

Just like you Acajack, you could live for 70 years in Quebec but you're still a New Brunswicker

To protect the "easy money" for which they have never known before?

When asking, why does America have all the fame, celebrities, billionaires and movies, need to think also that there is 362 million peoples...And example in whole Finland lives 5,5 million peoples, around 3 million less than in New york.

So, it would be better to calculate how many fame, celebrities, billionaires etc. is included, lets say per 1 million peoples when compared example to UK (53,1 millions), Canada (34,8 millions) or Australia (22,3 millions).

Concerning example music: in US, there should be more than 65,818 bands who reach "Nightwish" level on this genre...Is there?
This is true art:

So Henry Kissinger and Madeleine Albright are not Americans then?

And two of the last three Governors General of Canada (Adrienne Clarkson and Michaêlle Jean) are not Canadians?

I also give examples of people in Australia too: The previous prime Minister of Australia who name is Julia Gillard was born in the UK, and the opposition leader Tony Abbot who is likely to be the next prime minister was born in UK are not Australian then?

Nope

Neither is Peter Mansbridge (born in England)

Just kidding, IMO it depends what country a person grows up in.
Where it becomes tricky is defining what age is the "cut off", I'm thinking 18, or perhaps 16?

Arnold, for example, started living in the US in 1968 at 21.

Pamela Anderson moved to the US in 1989 at 22.
Neil Young, 1966 at 20.
Joni Mitchell, 1967 at 24.
