- Note: Fryer for fish frys needs to be relocated under the hood when in use.

- *3.4 No date mark on sloppy jo and meatballs in upright cooler. Ready-to-eat food shall be dated at time of preparation and consumed or discarded within 7 days.
- 4.5 Grease build-up on side of griddle. Equipment shall be free of an accumulation of dirt, dust, food residue, and other debris.
- 4.5 Frost accumulation inside upright freezer. Defrost freezer as needed.
- 6.4 Clean the floor more thoroughly below the cooking equipment.
- 4.1 Inaccurate thermometer inside walk-in cooler registered 24 degrees Fahrenheit (Actual ambient air temp: 41). Replace inaccurate thermometer.
- 6.4 Women's restroom toilet seat is damaged. Physical facilities shall be in good repair and easily cleanable.

- Extra counter fryer is currently covered and not in use at this time. Please be aware this office recommends contacting the local fire department regarding fire suppression system if fryer is used in the future.
- Observed Raid and Hot Shot insecticides on premises. Reportedly, these products are used outdoors only.

- If insecticide is necessary, obtain products labeled safe for use in commercial food preparation areas.
- *7.0 Unlabeled spray bottle containing a pink liquid hanging on mop sink/handwashing sink. Poisonous/toxic chemicals shall be labeled with common name to prevent confusion and/or misuse.
- *3.4 Observed sloppy jo in upright cooler dated 6/30. Reportedly, this product was prepared on 6/30 and frozen. Please re-date food upon removal from the freezer to be consumed or discarded within 7 days.
- R4.8 Plastic utensils stored upright exposing the food contact surface to possible contamination. Invert utensils during storage to protect the food contact surfaces.
- R4.4/4.5 Bottom surface of beer cooler in dry storage room is rusted and soiled. Equipment shall be clean and in good repair.
- 5.4 Observed filled garbage bags stacked near back door. Store refuse in covered containers.
- 6.4 Clean the floor more thoroughly below the cooking equipment.
- Note: Person-in-Charge in process of cleaning vent hood and filters at time of this inspection.
