  • 6.4 Observed evidence of mice in cabinet storing cleaning products below two-compartment sink located in the ice cream area. Take safe steps necessary to control and eliminate rodents. Clean the cabinet.

  • */C 7.2/3.2 Observed detergent stored on a shelf above onions which were stored on the floor in rear storage area. Onions were relocated today to prevent possible chemical contamination.
  • */C 2.4/6.2 Missing soap and papertowels at handwashing sink near three-compartment sink. Person-in-Charge provided these today.
  • R 3.5 Missing name and place of business, ingredients, and quantity of contents for assorted fruit jams and jellies including but not limited to: strawberry and blackberry located in rear storage area
  • - missing weight or quantity of contents on strawberry jam in retail area
  • Unlabeled cottage foods are considered misbranded and subject to embargo. Properly label cottage foods. Label must also state:

  • *7.2 Observed Duncan Hines mixes and bottled lemonade stored below and next to Diesel 911, motor oil, and Tide detergent.
  • Properly store poisonous/toxic chemicals separate from food to prevent possible contamination.
  • *4.5/4.6 Observed dried food debris on edge of meat slicer blade. Food contact surfaces shall be clean to sight and touch. Clean and sanitize food contact surface.
  • *2.4/6.2 Missing soap and papertowels at handwashing sink near three-compartment sink. Person-in-Charge shall provide an adequate supply of soap and papertowels to facilitate handwashing.
  • 6.4 Observed flying insects surrounding spoiled onions. Take safe steps necessary to eliminate flying insects.
