  • 3.1- Can of Green Giant Asparagus Spears, Carnation Evaporated Milk, and Musselman's Apple Pie Filling were deeply dented. Do not sell can foods that are deeply dented to prevent possible contamination.
  • 5.4 Trash can in employee restroom was not covered. Provide a covered waste container in the restroom.
  • 6.2 No soap or papertowels were available in employee restroom. Hnadwashing facilities shall be stocked with soap and paper towels.
  • *901:3-4 Pediatric Oral Electrolyte Solution dated 11/11 available on the shelf for retail purchase. Infant formula, baby food, etc. may not be sold beyond manufacturer expiration date. Remove expired solution from retail sale.
  • Note: The following foods were available for sale on the retail shelves beyond their seel by/use by dates:
  • 1 can of Old El Paso Enchilada sauce, dated 3/11/12
  • 1 box of Quaker Chewy Chocolate chip bars, dated 1/11/12
  • 1 box of Hamburger Helper, dated 12/29/11
  • Boxes of Velveeta cheese, 3 with use by date of 9/5/11, 3 dated 3/16/12, and 4 dated 3/21/12
  • 1 box of Strawberry unfrosted Pop Tarts, dated 11/28/11
  • 2 boxes of Clover Valley Blueberry Frosted Toaster Pastries, dated 1/8/12
  • Rotate and check stock on a regular basis.
