  • Clean and sanitize this to sight and touch.

  • -the floor below the handsink and three compartment sink
  • -the sides of the fryers, grills, and burners
  • -the interior of the pizza reach-in cooler
  • -the floor below bar equipment
  • Clean these items at a frequency to prevent build-up.
  • 6.2 A light is burned out below the hood. Replace the light.
  • 3.2 Ingredient shakers are not labeled. Label these.
  • 6.2 Provide handwashing signs in the restrooms.
  • R/4.4 The door seals are torn on the two door upright freezer. Replace these.
