Dented cans were thrown out. 8A Buckets of buttercream were left uncovered in the cake decorating kitchen. Box of raisens, slivered almonds, chocolate chips, M&Ms, bag of white cake mix, all stored open in storeroom off back kitchen. Boxes of pie shells stored on floor of WIC in the basement. 8B Spatula stored in mixer bowl full of icing. Bowl was uncivered 15A Floor tile missing in back kitchen,making the floor not easily cleanable.
