Interviewed cook as to what temperature products were to be cooked to and where the food testing thermometer was. He did not know. Corrected, we located a thermometer and took temperatures of the products. (chicken nuggets - 180 dF, corn - 148 dF, potatoes - 150 dF) 8A Found a clear plastic spray bottle containing an unknown clear liquid under the sink. The spray bottle had no label. 11C There was no sanitizing solution prepared at time of inspection (during food prep) Corrected 15B Hood above range is dirty (hanging debris)
