Food temperatures obtained with DOH thermocouple thermometer: grilled hash browns 144-189 degrees F., sliced tomatoes 39 degrees F., cut canteloupe 36 degrees F., smoked salmon 38 degrees F sausage patties 41 degrees F. Plumbing issues observed on this inspection are in process of being repaired and corrected (as per operator)..
