Reach-in drawer cooler is not being used to store foods overnight. Foods are brought from other coolers and placed inside Reach-in drawer cooler unit. Found Reach-in drawer cooler still at marginal temperature. PIC was given options as far as keeping potentailly hazardous foods at proper temperature/time control policy. PIC decided to place potentially hazardous foods in containers with ice and then place everything inside Reach-in drawer cooler. To come back on March 31, 2008 and check on Reach-in drawer cooler unit before issuing Food Permit.
