1720 - No test strips were provided to measure concentration of sanitizer solution in pot sink. Provide test strip.
3045 - No handwashing signages were provided at hand sinks in washrooms to let employees know that they must wash their hands. Provide handwashing signs saying that hands must be washed.
Comments:
Noted that the 3 sink method of washing utensils need to be done. The existing 3 compartment sink has one compartment( middle compartment) that is very tiny and would not allow the largest utensil to be submerged. In the interim until the file is checked to see how sink issue was dealt with, use a large enough Bus Pan along with the other two larger compartments to wash, rinse and sanitize utensils. Only single service utensils are being served to the public. Food Permit issed today.
