    1) Walls in the back
    Correction: Repair the physical facilities. Poor repair and maintenance compromises the functionality of the physical facilities.

The purpose of this visit is to investigate a complaint of the dumpster lids being maintained in the open position. The complaint is confirmed and is closed. The EHS spoke with the person in charge during today's visit and an agreement was reached that the foodworkers in this facility will close the dumpster lids each time they place trash into the dumpster. Thank you.

    Observation: Outside refuse container was uncovered.
    Correction: Receptacles and waste handling units for refuse, recyclables, and returnables shall be kept covered with tight fitting lids or doors if kept outside the food establishment.
