Remember to clean and sanitize in-use utensils every 4 hours; and date mark foods if not consumed within 24 hours and dispose of in 7 days.

At the time of the inspection all previous violations were observed as having been corrected. Please remember to place the 2 bay sink hose in the required position on the water pipe attachment so as to prevent back siphonage from the 2 bay sink to the hose attachment.

Observed the use of gloves and date marking. A thermometer was added to the slide unit. Ensure a thermometer is in all refrigeration and is located in the warmest part of the unit. A hot holding unit was placed next to grill for potato, sausage etc.
Storage room off of the small kitchen. Improvements made in storage room. Thank you. Please continue to make improvements throughout establishment in regards to; general cleanliness clutter, and keeping items off the floor (6")
Remember to store all food (pie shells) covered, with the exception of cooling items.
