Hobart high temperature dishwasher: 171 f on plate. Separate 2 compartment handwash sink. There is mop/utility sink in janitor's closet.

The following temperatures were taken:
3 door glass cooler: 36 f
* Spray hose needs to be repaired or replace. The spray hose is hanging below the rim of the prewash sink.
* The hood is in need of cleaning. Am told that a hood cleaning service is coming in to clean hood and system.
* Repair wall behind the prewash sink.
* This license is a satelite catergory 2 food will be coming from Oconomowoc High School.
- License and prelicense paid for with cash in the amount of $563.00.

The end of overhead spray hose is in the sink. Spoke to Tim and he is going to order new spray hose.
