Observation: The display cooler was holding a temp of 42°F (potato salad 46F, Coleslaw 48F, Macaroni salad 43F), the Continental undercounter in the sandwich area is holding 42°F (Chicken salad 43F, Tuna salad 43F), and in the sandwich prep top the tomatoes were 44F.
Correction: Maintain cold potentially hazardous foods at or below 41°F

Observation: There were some toxic materials stored above the microwave and single service areas.
Correction: Rearrange area so that toxic materials are stored away from food, equipment and single service items by spacing or partitioning.
