Correction: Reorganize storage so that ready-to-eat foods are stored above raw animal food and raw vegetables. Discard ready-to-eat foods that show evidence of contamination. The raw meat was moved to the lowest shelf in the cooler during the inspection.

Observation: Personal employee food was observed stored in the burger and True 2 door coolers making them are subject to contamination.
Correction: Remove food items from this area to an area not subject to contamination. Employee food was removed from the burger cooler to the True 2 door. The employee food items in the True 2 door were moved to the bottom shelf to an area separate and not above customer food items.

Observation: No handwashing signage provided at bar handwashing sink.

Observation: Canned pickles in the Arctic air reach-in cooler and canned beans on the counter by the four compartment sink are prepared in a private home and not from an approved source.
Correction: Discard food from unapproved sources. Food prepared in a private home may not be used or offered to the public in the facility. Correct By: 26-Feb-2014

Observation: The bleach sanitizer in the four compartment sink in the kitchen is at a concentration of greater than 200 ppm.
Correction: Maintain bleach sanitizer at a concentration of 100 - 200 ppm. Correct By: 26-Feb-2014
- HANDWASHING FACILITIES - NUMBERS AND CAPACITIES
Observation: Handwashing sink not provided in the bar area.
Correction: Designate the first sink of the four compartment sink, currently being used as a sink to hold wiping cloths in sanitizer, as a handwashing sink. Use this sink only for handwashing, do not use this sink as a dump sink. Keep bar wiping cloths in a bucket of sanitizer instead of this sink. Provide soap, single use paper towels, and handwashing signage at this sink. Correct By: 04-Mar-2014

Observation: Bags of chips and boxes of crackers are stored on a shelf in the kitchen under a bottle of degreaser and next to a bottle of Scrubbing Bubbles bathroom cleaner.
