    Observation: Food service items and foods are stored on shelving next to mop sink thus subject to cross contamination from mop water.
    Correction: Store food in areas not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination. Correct By: 12-Jun-2015
  • EQUIPMENT AND UTENSILS - GOOD REPAIR
    Observation: Ice machine was observed to be leaking on floor behind the unit and front waitstaff reach in cooler has visible condensation on the upper portion of the unit (seals possibly worn or not tight fitting). Both units are currently not maintained in good repair.
    Correction: Repair equipment to good condition or remove from premise. Correct By: 10-Jul-2015

    Observation: It was observed that glasses and single use containers were stored where the food or lip contact surface could be contaminated.
