Observation: The left knee paddle, on the handwashing sink, sticks and does not turn off without using one's hands.
Correction: The plumbing system shall be maintained in good repair. Repair or replace defective or leaking plumbing.

Observation: The dairy board wall surface, behind the two compartment sink, is no longer secured to the adjacent wall.
Correction: Maintain the physical facilities so they are in good repair at all times.

Correction: Clean the physical facilities at a frequency necessary to keep them clean.
