    Observation: The left knee paddle, on the handwashing sink, sticks and does not turn off without using one's hands.

    Observation: The dairy board wall surface, behind the two compartment sink, is no longer secured to the adjacent wall.

    Observation: There are ready-to-eat foods (packaged cheese slices) stored next to raw eggs and hamburger above pork in the refrigerators. During the inspection, the cheese was moved above the eggs, and the pork was moved to a location above the hamburger.
    Correction: Reorganize storage so that ready-to-eat foods are stored above raw animal food and raw vegetables. Discard ready-to-eat foods that show evidence of contamination.

    Observation: Bacon bits and turkey slices in the refrigerator (2-days) were not date marked.
    Correction: Adjust method or procedures so that all ready-to-eat potentially hazardous foods (time/temperature control for safety food), if required, are provided with date marking or an effective method of identifying when a food item has exceeded 7-days.

    Observation: No air gap provided food preparation sink. Lower larger diameter piping approximately 2.5 inches to create an air gap.
