Observation: The warewashing machine is not dispensing appropriate sanitizer amount automatically. Staff informed not properlyorking prior to inspection and service has been called for. Manually sanitize in food prep sink until functioning properly.
Correction: Repair or replace the warewashing machine. Warewashing machines shall automatically dispense detergents and sanitizers.
- HANDWASHING CLEANSER AVAILABILITY (corrected on site)
Observation: Soap not available at food employee handwashing sink.
Correction: Provide hand soap at handwashing sink to facilitate proper handwashing.

Observation: The floor under the refrigerator, freezer, and around the ice machine has accumulated dirt and debris.
Correction: Clean the physical facilities at a frequency necessary to keep them clean.

Correction: Clean plumbing fixtures as often as necessary to keep them clean.
