Correction: Reorganize storage so that ready-to-eat food is are stored above raw animal food and raw vegetables. Discard ready-to-eat foods that show evidence of contamination.

Observation: Roast beef that was individulally packed into sandwich bags noted without date marking in the prep cooler.
