    Correction: Date mark all potentially hazardous foods. During inspection, the lettuce and beef were correctly date marked and the potatoes were discarded. Correct By: 27-Jan-2014

    Observation: There is a spray bottle containing a small amount of a clear chemical that is not labeled with the common name of the chemical.
    Correction: Label all working containers of chemicals that are not in the original container with the common name of the chemical. During the inspection, person in charge labeled the spray bottle as sanitizer.
