Observation: Employee observed buttering toast with bare hands. It was stated they are too busy for gloves. I recommend that they develop a plan and apply for a variance to comply with the no bare hand contact with ready to eat section of the food code.
Correction: Employees shall use single-use gloves, utensils, bakery papers or other approved means when handling ready-to-eat foods.
