And where was that oppressive heat last month that we usually have at this time of the year?

Well, sports fans, it all came and went, but it wasn't hot. We had some days up in the 90s, but I don't recall 100 degrees on any day in August in North Texas --- or any other place in Texas --- this time around. Lots of rain this year. And...

Well I finished my book on bipolar,he speaks a lot about manic episodes,psychosis my gosh it caused me to reflect on my episodes deeply,he viewed his one episode which required hospitalisation as this sacred experience that has completely shaped his life,he honoured it so much and with such fearlessness about it that I was taken aback and forced to look at all my episodes which I had rejected as too baffling,too traumatic,something psychiatry wants you to suppress and get rid of.I was drawn instead...

Well I listened to bjorks 'Enjoy' live,I use to watch this everyday years ago it was my anthem,I use to feel everything listening to that song,"look at the speed out there it magnetises me to it".All her songs were cathartic for me some emotional,primitive and ancient call,some chaotic place where the emotions ruled everything.Bjork is still the most emotive and creative of her kind.I didn't feel much listening to it as I use to, I've been emotionally on low light for years and now it's...

something I thought I would share with you just for fun.
I have recently discovered Kettle Cooked,
Sea Salt and Cracked Pepper Potato Chips.
OMGoodness, they are so good and absolutely the current *best thing since sliced bread* in my world.
I have been busy working on crochet projects which have grown to more than I have time to get done any time soon. I finished a crochet cake for an 18" doll today and it is beautiful.
I have 1/2 a Macaron done to be finished...
Is there a limit for the Ignore List?
