While I was road-tripping in San Antonio, the Houston Astros' playoff ride with the Tampa Bay Rays had reached a point where I was writing the Astros off the page after Game 3.

That's right. Houston was down three games to none in a best-of-7 American League Championship Series. Tampa Bay was about to go on top of the world and would need one more win to reach the World Series. So, what changed?

Full-frame Cameras are Within the Reach of Mortals!

After selling off my DSLR kit, a Fujifilm X100T, a Fujifilm X-T2, and various lenses, of course I'm now thinking (year/year and a half later), "Jeez, wish I had a real camera again!" The APS-C sensor in all the above was intoxicating, it's really nice except in super-low light. Though my Nikkor AF-S Nikkor 50mm f/1.4G could be almost like night vision at about ISO 3200 with the Nikon D7000, nine years ago.

I think it's time to embrace full frame, it's gotten relatively...
