Sorry just the way of Alaskans, we like to share no matter what it is. You have to admit the pie recipe does sound yummy

Thanks Met I will give it shot, my mouth is watering as I type.
Let me know how it turns out. You might have to tweak the proportions a bit. It seems to me that I reduced the amount of sour cream to about 3/4 or half a cup.

Also, try a pear and blackberry pie some time and let me know how it turns out. Or apple and berry. Just pretend that you're making a normal apple or pear pie (one crust though) and throw in some berries, then dump about a cup of whipping cream over it and bake---I think it's 375 for the first ten minutes and then 350 until it's done.

Um, no Barkely, I have not. I'd have to take beta blockers to get in front of an audience. Either that or drink way too much Rogue Honey Cream Ale. Oh wait, I'm in danger of doing that tonight.

Too bad. Maybe you could co-host Hell's Kitchen?

You shy? Well come to think of it you are pretty private. But most Alaskans are when they aren't sharing everything.

I'm pretty reticent in real life (as opposed to blabbing my deviancies all over city-data) --got that dark and brooding thing going on, and it works well with my cashmere pea coat collection et al.

Those dark colors must set off your hair nicely.
