For several years a lot of us have been Lebron James doubters-----we felt that he came up short in the playoffs.

Living down here in South Florida, I have noticed that this man seems to have the drive this year to remove the doubt from everyones mind.

Do you agree that maybe this is going to be Lebrons year of validation---or still too early for you to come to that conclusion?

It looked like he was going to last year, right up to the ECFs against Chicago. And then.....the finals happened. I'm in wait and see mode, personally.

He was a beast all the way until the finals....where he brought his B- game.

He got a lot of blame but Bosh brought his D game and Wade brought his B game that series too.

<shrug>

We shall see, they should coast to the finals and at that point it may be matchups that dictate how much damage he does. If Bosh and Wade aren't getting it done and they are swarming lebron....hard to make statements and conclusions. It's a team game.

B- game? That wasn't even his D+ game LOL! We all know Lebron is capable of MUCH MUCH better than we saw in the finals last year. Wade and Bosh were both better than Lebron in the finals.

In fact, for all the flack Bosh took last season, he was actually the most consistent of the big three from first round to the finals. Wade was crap against Chicago, Lebron against Dallas. Bosh was generally consistent throughout. Actually, for all the hype Lebron got for his play against Chicago, Bosh played very well that series for the most part, to his credit when you consider that he was going against a very formidable defensive Bulls frontline.

Well, the path to the finals has certainly been cleared for him, hasn't it? No Rose on the Bulls, no J-Smooth on the Hawks, no Howard on the Magic, no Allen on the Celts, etc etc......

What are you talking about? Bosh was actually a lot better than that. He won Game 3 for them and put up numbers closer to his regular season average compared to James.

If he doesn't win this year, there will be no more excuses. His legacy would be set in stone at that point.

because he's so polarizing... I think some will view the easy path as an asterik. I wont... because he will still have to beat a formidable WC team to win it.
