hah srry to be rude.. I mean like I know there are cities in which housing is cheap, and its 90% hispanic, and 2% white. I want a nice city, like temecula, not over crowding of them..

I'd suggest Northern California, above Sacramento, inland and coastal. Something like McKinlyville. Some areas of the Central Valley. Maybe Clovis or Oildale, which is outside of Bakersfield. If you are looking for a place in SoCal, I'd stronly suggest Atascadero.

ok ty.. let me explain more on my criteria.
Weather: I am sick and tired of michigan.. Thats why I want to move, so basically any ca weather is awsome.
Kids: Kids are in college, and some are soon to be in college. Some want to go to college and start a life out there.
I want a nice peaceful city, and I know alot of cities have bad parts and what not. So I really am not sure what to stay away or where to go. So I appreciate all your imputs.
And a problem obviously is pricing. Since I need a semi bigger house, its really tough to find the right area that I can afford. Again 400k max, with 4-5 bedrooms

Check the central valley. Kingsburg is a nice small town, but close to Fresno/Clovis for amenities. Visalia is nice, Clovis is nice too. Hanford/Lemoore are good areas.
Kingsburg is in Kings County. I believe you can find the house you need, possibly with property, for under $400,000. Check

I was going to suggest Kinsburg. It was founded by Swedes, not sure about the Hispanic pop.? And I'm assuming you don't want snow. I don't know much about Temecula. To me, it's all L.A., right or wrong. Atascadero is peaceful, in one of the nicest areas of CA, great weather, near the ocean, near San Luis Obispo. Two great colleges in the area. Cuesat College(2-yr.) and Cal Poly. Maybe even Paso Robles. A hispanic pop. is there, maybe 25%. Look for a place out in the country east of Paso Robles, Jardine or Geneseo areas. Atascadero would be the better option. Like I said extreme NorCal, Oildale. I think those are viable options. You can get into a big house in Bakersfield for 400k. I'm sure you can? Plenty of options out here.

This still may not be the right solution for the OP, as Twinkle Toes mentioned, the central valley is very much produce driven and the workers will be Hispanic...Just my opinion, but I would not want to advise someone who prefers to stay away from an area with Mexicans to locate anywhere in the central valley. In fact he will have to look hard to find a location that does not have a high percentage of Hispanics, especially in his price range. I think his original idea or moving to areas northe of Sacramento would be best...
