Just saw where Dr. Land won another lawsuit against his shooting range. Wonder if this will ever end?
No the idiots who keep trying to sue will continue to do so. They should have done their homework and should be questioning the developer as to why this wasn't disclosed and if it was, sit down, shut-up and stop whining.
"Neighbors said that Land's gunfire made it hard for them to sell their homes, sleep soundly or hold Bible study sessions. The plaintiffs had sought an injunction to stop all shooting on Land's property."
They missed evoking "apple pie and Motherhood".

Good for him on his victory! The poor guy... if I was in a better financial situation, I would donate money to all the legal bills he's had to pay for all this nonsense. I hope he knows he has plenty of support.
