so society, environment and life made you a different person that who you were born to be?
At first, yes, I was swept away by the environment of bad influence. I wanted to be like everyone else, and went with the crowd, and did what they did.
How many times do you need to be rebuked and corrected? Because I have the time and the inclination.
The funny thing is, he believes he's authorized to call out sin in another. He is on this thread for no otjher reason(no matter how economical he is about being up front about his beliefs)than to support the condemnation of those he believes are sinners.
Re: MQ's post....Yes thank God that Jesus never fell into any trap of theirs to justify themselves, condemn something they condemned or support their belief system just like today's, corrupt to the core. The funny thing is, just like you said, he used their own scriptures to give them what's for.

Adultery is so much more damaging*...tearing families apart, the damage to the heart and psyche due to the lies is tremendous.
Stealing is hugely damaging to all concerned!

Let's be fair. There have been some rather hurtful things said to Christians on this thread. The TOPIC of the thread itself attacks "conservative Christians".
