Lincoln, Nebraska by a long shot! It is significantly larger, a state capital, and is more interesting. I prefer the topography and geographic location of Nebraska more than Illinois.

Philadelphia. Less Country Music.. more urban, east coast location, less susceptible to severe weather, probably better food.... better sports city.
