San Antonio or Sacramento?
Sacramento... prefer the climate, diversity, state's political climate, and regional location sandwiched between the Bay Area and Lake Tahoe area.

Burns, OR or Cedar City, UT?

I'll give the nod to Louisville on the grounds that great bourbon and BBQ beats weird chili.

Cape May, N.J., or Ogunquit, Me.?
