To the joy of the dallas resident, you cant really blame him too much, i mean it really is comparing the tallest buildings of both cities. But, im sure he knew this was an unfair comparison from the start.
But i dont care that much, i mean Houston, STILL is the only city in Texas with a supertall.
You are right I was comparing the tallest of both cities!
Originally there were to be two of the (now BoA) buildings in Dallas - a twin...like CityPlace Tower...
This is how it originally suppose to look! Look at the top of the towers it was 2 floors higher the FAA cut off the top! One tower would be outline in purple argon the other with green argon lighting! Tower 2 would have gold and sliver colored glass windows.

If I had to guess he probably picked these two because they are the tallest in their respective cities.
