Its very elegant looking. I love the color, and its over 1000'.

The BofA in Dallas is very nice, but it looks likes its missing something on top. Also, that green light is ugly imHo.
It was suppose to have to have 2 more floors on the top.

I love them both! I remember seeing the Chase tower for the first time and i just loved it for some reason! Because of the memories of it, i have to vote for Chase, even if BOA may have a more modern design that i also love

IMHO..I just like the Houston one better..it is shaped a bit more uniquely...but BOTH are very impressive.

And? The JP Morgan Chase building was suppose to be taller, too, but the FAA wasn't having it. Houston has another building close to 1000' feet in Downtown, too (Wells Fargo Plaza). I think the Williams Tower is the same height as the BOA Dallas.

Wells Fargo Plaza:

I judge towers by quality of underground parking garages (how spacious and secure for high-end cars of workers)....quality of tenants (how many high-income workers like investment bankers or hedge funds or private equity funds)...and quality of espresso/sandwiches/grub available in bldg or nearby (esp where one can get stuff without facing rain or heat/humidity or snow, etc)

Views from offices anywhere become old after a few hrs of working in any tower in any major city

BOA Plaza is 921 ft. Williams Tower is 901 ft. So Dallas' tallest is actually 20 ft taller than our 3rd tallest. Wells Fargo Bank Plaza is 992 ft.
