there are in fact very wealthy people who are child predators and make millions in the sex trade and porn - let the victim or victims sue for that money asap

Forgive me if you do have children for I would want NOTHING like that to happen to them ever, BUT would you want someone doing something so tragic to your kids? Would you forgive them and wish them peace with good fortune?
Another thing that bugs me is that Florida is the same state that almost sent Melissa Alexander to jail for 20 years for DEFENDING HERSELF against a man who physically abused and threatened to kill her for firing a WARNING shot that killed nor injured absolutely NO ONE. This guy sleeps with a 9 year old, commits sexual acts on him, gets 3 sweet years in jail, gets sexual counseling, gets a job then hits 3 million with the lotto.
Poole denied the allegations, according to the report.
As part of a plea bargain, Poole pleaded guilty to attempted sexual battery and was sentenced to the 13 months he had already served in jail.
There is the possibility the guy is innocent and just made the plea bargain to get out of jail immediately settling for just his time already spent in jail, his subsequent 3 years in jail seems to be for parole violation and not the alleged sex crime that he denies.
If i were a juror i'd be hard pressed to sentence the man to the stigma of sexual predator for life based on the evidence i'm seeing here.
I simply can't understand the people who are happy for this guy and saying something along the lines of "Big deal, he served his time, he's trying to live an honest life now, let him be". I can't help but wonder if you people who support this guy is the same guy are either child molesters yourself or have fantasies of doing so. If not, you're just heartless and wouldn't understand until you have kids.Child molestation is just something I find unforgivable.

Do you know that any one of your friends, neighbors, relatives and co workers could be child molesters?

The guy that carries your groceries to your vehicle could also be a child molester as well as your Dentist. Do you understand that there is nothing that can be done about what the man in this story allegedly did?
The man was convicted, did his prison sentence and apparantly has not been in trouble with the law in a long time.
Legally he has paid his debt to society and has the expectation of being left alone, morally is another story.
What gives you the right to determine what should happen to him in his life?
What gives you the right to accuse others of being child molesters?
What gives you the right to tell anyone they are heartless and can't understand something because they don't have children without knowing if they do have children?

What do I think? I think there's no justice.
Time served or 3 years for molesting a 9 yo? I think they need a new judge. Also, if that perv had a conscience, he would be sending that money to the victim for all the councilling he will be needing. And someone that would let their kid sleep with something that massive should be charged with endangerment.
