What a crazy *****, I mean who the hell goes around killing animals with a bow and arrow. Even worse she took a picture with the dead cat with an arrow stuck in its head. What a psychopathic hill billy.
General opinion among people I know seems to be that the DA's office is stalling until public attention has decreased and they can get away with administering a slap on the wrist. Sure hope that's not true. Re. the written complaint form, the information states the form is to be used to complain about veterinary services the complainant received, so I would think non-service based complaints would be inadmissible. Or maybe they are making an exception.
Just got off the phone with the Texas Veterinary Board of Examiners. The complaint form needs to be submitted, as that is needed legally for them to take action. The woman I spoke to said that not all information needs to be filled out on the form, since they are very aware of the situation, and the "complainer" does not need to have received services from Ms. Lindsey. Any letters that are written go into a "pending" file, so filling out the complaint form is preferred. Link below for the Complaint form.
I just sent a polite, but firmly worded complaint form in via email.
I think the more people they hear from .... from as many locales as possible, will drive home how seriously people are offended and outraged by this cretin's behavior.....
eta.... it is a fillable pdf that can be saved to your computer for easy emailing.... took me about 5 minutes from start to finish!!

To me it does. To me, on my property, I'M the law. Such laws like this are beneath me to have to obey. My property, my rules. Maybe the law doesn't work that way, but it does, and I tend to live as if it does.

If a lost child walks onto your property are you going to blow it's brains out? The laws are beneath you aren't they?

Only if the kid pees on his porch.
