Yes, people who question vaccines do tend to be highly educated and intelligent. Income is not always in line with education nor is cost of living. Many have to work no matter what. Not everyone can have a flexible schedule which means that some will be forced against their will to have their children vaccinated due to the elimination of exemptions.

So then they get their kids vaccinated, like millions of other kids all across the country. They get upset about it, they go online and they cuss up a storm on their Facebook page, they threaten recall elections and condemn the "fascist government" and then after they are tired from the hysterics and have stopped hyperventilating, they deal with it, accept it and life goes on as normal,

People have the right to have equal access to public education. It's wrong to force them out of the system over something like this.

When it comes to public health, your rights end when they starting causing harm to other people. If everyone was rational, government involvement wouldn't be needed, but because people aren't and common sense really isn't all that common, this is how we've arrived at our present destination.

In anycase, this discussion has no place in this thread because as mentioned, the law in regards to compulsory vaccination has been settled for a long time now.
That is untrue, that's the problem. See the Declaration of Independence.

Not getting vaccinated does not harm other people unless the vaccines themselves are not effective in the first place.

Yeah, you've already proven that you have a flimsy grasp of science, no need to rub it in further.

As has been pointed out, the majority of anti-vaxxers appear to be "educated". If so, they should be able to do what is necessary to home school, perhaps giving up the second salary or arranging schedules to accommodate the time needed.

You might want to learn exactly what the Declaration of Independence is. I do not think it is what you believe it is.

By the way, no one is "using violence to force people to use needles to inject their children with chemicals". Your entire body is made up of chemicals. Water is a chemical. Air is a chemical. Everything you eat and touch is a chemical.

Don't want to vaccinate? Then don't.
Right. They are making parents an offer they can't refuse.

This is an ad hominem attack. If you are so certain you are right, why are you attacking the argued and not the argument?

Actually it isn't. Insisting on something that is blatantly wrong isn't going to be anymore productive than me dancing naked in my backyard in the hopes that it will result in money falling from the sky.

Feel free to prop open a phone book and contact whatever attorney you're most comfortable with and query them on your belief that the Declaration of Independence is binding to anything as far as the legal system is concerned in the U.S.

Because you've already been corrected several times and you keep repeating the same inane nonsense. At some point it becomes clear that either you just don't comprehend the subject or you are simply trolling, eitherway its fruitless to keep explaining it to you, just like your faulty belief in the Declaration of Independence being in anyway, shape or form legally binding.

Another logical fallacy. Apoeal to authority.

You have never explained how me failing to inject my child causes harm to other people. I defy you to do do.
