Some people like it. Some don't. If your in a public place and people have cameras or cells with them then you might end up in one, but generally people don't walk down the street taking random pictures of strangers. But if someone has a flying toy and interrups your enjoyment of what is your yard and your space, even a lot of people who like pictures will say get rid of it. And yes, there are people who do not enjoy pictures. It doesn't matter why they choose not to but its polite to ask if you can. And if they say no you don't get to.

A little politness and consideration of others wishes, not self gradification, would go a long long way to make things better for everyone.

OK, everyone. Here's Exhibit A. (Yes, it's safe with no visible nudity shown) What's your take? Was a reasonable expectation of privacy violated?

I've seen others where women were sunbathing within a yard enclosed by what looked to be an about 6' privacy fence. Would that change things in any way?

Workin_Hard and the other "I'll do what I want" crowd, are the same as the "College PC" crowd Jerry Seinfeld was just talking about. They can't see past their noses. Their collective arguments are derived from the tunnel visioned, unwavering, "I don't live in a glass house" mentality. Wa Wa. Well, I believe common sense and decency will prevail in the end. And, don't come near my sandbox with your toys.... You'll find them coming through the window of your glass house.

I'm not as worried about it. I'm ok with drones being flown at windshield level.

Why would the curtains be open when your kids are using the restroom?

No, I take a more pragmatic view without being overly concerned about feelings-based considerations. The genie is out of the bottle, the smoke is out of the cigarette - there's no putting it back in. The outrage here is laughable, based in fear and ignorance and some sense of privacy which is long gone. Are you just as p*ssed that there are no hitchin' posts with all of these new-fangled automobiles on the streets?

Feelings are way over-rated when it comes to dealing with reality. Look for practical solutions.

And don't start fights you can't finish.

If she does not own that entire building, or have exclusive rights to go on the roof, her right to privacy was not violated. Hilarious video though.
