I couldn't ignore it. I was taken by police to the nearest ER, and the rest of the story is none of your business, Uh huh.

Or, maybe affluenza. I'm sure if the homeowner is that vigilante-oriented, affluenza would probably get them off.
So how much time you want to give Dave? How much extra taxes you want to pay to care for her child until she is released?
At least sleep deprivation, diagnosed by a professional, is a lot easier to swallow than being too affluent to understand that the law also applies to YOU.
Affluenza was probably also diagnosed by a professional, but is a diagnosis that is probably impossible to find in any official diagnostic manual, and a diagnosis that alleged professional was probably paid handsomely to make, in my honest opinion.
OK I went back and finished the clip This isn't about tax money, this is about just punishment. I'm pretty sure if this women had arranged for my wife to be raped, and that is exactly what could have happened had the husbands not been home, and then learned that she encouraged the man to go back along with all the other things she did I would want her to see a lot more than 1 year of home confinement. Now she has purchased a home 1 mile away from this couple. Really? Did she really think that was a good idea? I'd fell exactly as they do now, they are still very very concerned.
Again I don't know if this sleep deprivation reason is legit. But again this was her personal therapist who clearly is not unbiased and has much to lose should she go to jail. And I can't help but believe had this been a poor AA woman she would not have received such a light sentence.
This is a horrible horrible series of crimes she has committed.

I must have missed something. Who did she make arrangements for the homeowners to be raped by, or are we back to what coulda happened?
You know, if someone runs a red light, that driver coulda accidently killed a bus full of children. If you accidently run a red light, do you want to do the same time as someone who killed a bus full of children - or would you prefer to pay a fine and be given the chance to learn from that mistake?
What's a just punishment based on what coulda happened by running that red light?
Someone has to pay for the care of that child, or do we leave her just to fend for herself in the street?

How are you not understanding that what that woman did was DELIBERATE, not accidental. Wow.
Do you really need me to totally rewrite that, or can you not get the point without me removing one word? Wow.
Reality is no one was raped, lol.
Why would you need to rewrite it? You're equating accidentally running a red light with a woman's deliberate actions. It's a ridiculous & absurd comparison.

No it really isn't. You coulda still killed a bus full children, accident or not. I can go remove the one word though, if it helps get a clear answer.
If you accidentally killed a bus full of children, you would still do time.

Yes, it really is.
