It says he's 19 now, and that they've been married for two years. That's pretty simple math, unless 19 isn't his current age. Good point about the Walmart job. Still, any money she has from her deceased husband isn't enough that she doesn't need to work for "fun money", or can afford a nice apartment. That much seems clear.
He knows what he's doing. The "trust fund" (or its equivalent) is now one of the four most reliable ways to live "comfortably" for life. Been that way for a while now. Old woman, old man - whatever you're willing to share a bed with.
Why is there such a double standard, though? Young women marry old men all the time.
At this large an age difference there would be an uproar for sure, and everybody would assume she was marrying him hoping he would die soon and she could have his money.
Are they lying? Is he not really 19? He looks like he's 30. Are we sure this is legit...?
