Probably the gov, their tax return is easy. You send in all your money and they send back what they don't need or waste, opps I mean spend.

This weather makes me thankful for global warming, imagine how cold it could have been with out it.

This has been the best day I've had in a long while. I love it when we get weather like this, as it's something that just breaks up the monotony of daily life.

I have to wonder how the birds are dealing with this though. Just a couple of days ago, a blue jay was eating bird seed in my bird feeder in my backyard. But now all the trees are encased in ice! So how are the birds like my blue jay surviving?

Take care!

Power has been on since my last post. The live oaks in the complex have had a tough time however:

My power went off promptly at 11:30pm. I'm at a friend's house, her power stayed on the whole time. It was a miserable night; I can't sleep in a strange house, but at least my dog and I are warm and safe. I'm going to go back to my house later to see what the situation is; hopefully no big trees fell on it.
