What are the VERY BEST places to eat at in Delaware, yes anywhere in Delaware.
I wanna know what is your favorite pizza place, seafood place, breakfast place, hamburger place, lunch, dinner, chinese etc etc etc. whatever you can think of.

Aaaahhhh ... a question right up my alley and I don't even live there yet.
"Where Pigs Fly" in Dover, "The Countrie Eatierie" in Dover, "Smyrna Diner" in Smyrna are my three favorites at the moment.
I'm from New York so very fussy about my pizza, but I thought Grotto Pizza was pretty good. Next time down, I'm going to try Betsy Ross pizza. They seem to have a good reputation.
Chinese food cannot compare with New York City. When I worked in the city, I was able to have lunch in Chinatown every so often. Nothing like it in Delaware, or even in suburban New York where I current live.

I'm orignally from NY so I completely understand about the pizza thing! I'm moving to Delaware from Calif, probably the worst pizza on earth. I hear good things about Grotto Pizza. I know at least one good place in NJ and I am will to drive that far for a good pizza. LOL

Then you'll surely understand this ... Pizza, bagels and egg creams. If you don't get them in New York, you're just not getting the real thing.
Charley,
who has had far too many of all three of the above and it shows.

Laurel,
If you are from southern California, I'll bet you love Mexican food. My hubby went to Torrance High ( where 90210 was filmed). Anyway, he grew up on lots of mexican food and he rates the numerous ones in the area great.
Don't worry about places to eat. Many different choices here. We even found a place that has Philly cheesesteaks that taste just like the real thing!

We absolutely LOVE GREAT Mexican food and will dearly miss it. Hubby's hobby is cooking and he can whip up some awesome Mexican food so that will help...a little.
We are food connoisseurs and really enjoy a great meal. We love ALL kinds of foods, and we try to seek out the best of the best.

Well you won't have to miss Cal Mex at all then. My hubby says that the Mexican here is even better than in California. Actually, he says that restaurants in general have better food here as well. So, not to worry. You'll be well fed when you move to DE!
