Well Well Obama catching back up in Florida in CNN polls. After the first debate it was
Romney 49%
Obama 46%
Today its
Romney 49%
Obama 48%
Romney stayed flat while Obama moved up two points. This indicates that after the second debate, undecideds are shifting to Obama in Florida.
I would not go crazy for FL as Obama is still trailing.. I would LOVE to have FL blue, but i would bet more on OH going blue than FL... But i will take FL going blue anytime
And to think pubs were claiming that anyone with a pulse could beat Obama in this election. Now there's a chance their boy could lose to Big Bird and Binders.
Curiously, Rasmussen has a Florida poll that was conducted on 10/18 that has Romney up by +5.
Also, 9 out of 11 Florida polls that were conducted in October have Romney up anywhere between 1-7 points.
Sorry guys, but I think you're grasping with this one.
One more thing, I'd like to take a moment and remind everyone of the fact that at this point about a month ago every Lib on here was boasting that Obama had this election in the bag.
If Florida goes blue, I would definitely call the election for Obama. Now if you are asking me if I think Obama will win Florida, no, but it would not be good for Romney if he does.
yeah, I never really put much faith in FL going to Obama. If it does (which I doubt it will), you can basically call the election right there as Obama's.
Romney actually LEADS in this poll because pollster is again using a ridiculous NINE point adv for dems. We can call it a tie if you like. [/QUOTEWe'll call it what it is. Obama up by 3. Completely consistent with other recent polls. Needless to remind you, no Ohio, no presidency!
The poll, released Friday, shows an eight-point reversal and a four-point increase for Romney. Last month, he trailed Obama by 44-49 percent (September 16-18, 2012).
Obama tops Romney by one percentage point among women now, down from a 19-point edge last month.
All good news.
