women in america aren't victims anymore, although democrats want them to think that they are....

The party and their media minions treat (or pretend to treat) women like an oppressed class when the female population in our colleges and graduate schools (notably law and medicine) has already outstripped or will soon outstrip the male in almost every area save engineering and science, and they are gaining in those.

And this has been going on for some years. Soon enough, as more women matriculate, they will dominate many fields of endeavor in our country and salary inequalities that remain will vanish or be rationalized through maternity or childcare leave. It’s beyond anything the women’s movement ever conceived and it is happening naturally.

But it’s a reality the Democratic Party is desperate to ignore, since the oppression of women — certainly true in the past and still obviously true in other cultures today — is their most important ideological pillar. In fact, they could not possibly win a major election without it. They would lose in a landslide even if they were still able to Balkanize the black and Latino votes.

Hence constant appeals are made to the lowest common female denominator in an attempt to terrify single women and soccer moms, etc., that their “reproductive rights” are being violated or someone is about to deprive them of birth control pills or force-feed ultrasounds.

It’s absurd, if you think about it — but the Democrats don’t want you to. They just want women to feel deprived or manipulated.

...and women aren't falling in lockstep for that anymore.

(let me add that it isn't all democrats, but certainly the party leaders)

Another racist liberal, what a surprise. Why should she vote for Obama? You think blacks should be happy with their unemployment being nearly double the national average?

Why don't you ask yourself if these women feel like they need affirmative action to get ahead in the world?

We all know why because these are women that are stronger than Obamagogues and want to show the world they can do it on their own without "handicaps" like you'd use on the golf course so that they can get ahead.

Tell a strong woman that she's not smart enough to make it in this man's world and she'll laugh in your face, smack you and tell you that she can handle the needs of her body. Maybe you'll be lucky and get a thank you.

Tell a dependent scrub-type female that she'll have to make it on her own and she'll be screaming for every bit of assistance under the sun and will even stoop so low as to force people who don't agree with her to help her through her federal government.

Either way your idea of what a strong woman is and what an actual strong woman is are polar opposites.

The time has come for the Republican party to step up and represent all people in America and let their position be known. IMO, the day will come when you can't win elections by only appealing to white people. Many blacks are looking for an alternative so the the republicans have to take responsibility for being divisive and repackage what they stand for.
No more like the time has come for women, blacks, hispanics, et al. to evolve and be Americans first and foremost. The time has come for them to take responsibility for themselves and quit demanding that the government take liberty and property from white males and redistribute it amongst women, blacks, hispanics, etc. The time has come for women, blacks, hispanics, etc. to take responsibilities for their own choices and actions and stop blaming white male oppression for their own deficiencies.

I have to surmise she was a millionaire. If she was, she at least would be likely voting for her own financial motives, but if not, then she identifies with someone who does not give a damn about anyone other than rich, white males.

Aint America great?
So by your logic (or lack therof), all black Americans are poor and should vote for Obama because not only is he also black, but he understands the poor, black vote in ways the white man can't?

It would appear your racist is showing, sir.

Let's start with your false premises: would you care to state exactly how women are being "told what reproductive choices they can make"?

Reproduction means that two mates of the same species are producing another individual of the same species. Are you implying that Republicans are interfering with the ability of one to choose to do so? If so - please state exactly how that is being done - and what legislation is currently on the table that would enact such a regulation.

As to equal pay - what an employer pays their employee should be between them and the employee. If the employee doesn't like it - then they can ask for a raise or they can find another job. The federal government has no business inserting itself into the private business matter which is negotiations of compensation for service rendered.

Probably because she knows Obama has done nothing for the black population. Black youth have more unemployment that any other group and black people are doing really bad.

He hasn't completed a lot of his promises and the poor, which are a huge number of blacks, are hurt the most.

most women don't blame "white male oppression", and interestingly i find it is mostly the liberal male media that does that.

most of us like the opposite sex. (especially that guy on dancing with the stars)

i find that most women want the same things most men want-freedom, dreams, and a chance to succeed.
