I think the OP confuses cowardice with indifference. Trump likes to be in control, too much so maybe. In this case he has decided to boycott the debate because he can.

One of his devotees defended Trump by saying he is the first ever of any candidate to publicly berate the media. OF course, after being educated to the fact that Cruz was the first one to spotlight the gotcha media at one of the nationally televised debates (for which he was roundly criticized and ridiculed in the media), said Trump idolater never responded or acknowledged that it was indeed Cruz and not King Trump.

Good thing that Trump is running in the age of the internet!

He is a very shallow man and a bully who LIES about people who don't kowtow to his every whim.
Her beauty was carved into her by a plastic surgeon, and brains? lol Good one. Takes no brains to be a sock puppet, sweetie, just a willingness to be used.

65 pages ... 644 posts ... 180 responses to the poll. And if you look at the results (putting categories together) it comes out roughly 50-50.

However, look how many vented spleens we have ... and no one got shot. God I love it.

Reagan was not leading in the polls at the time, as is Trump. It made sense for Reagan to focus on Iowa. He lost the caucus as a result, but won the nomination and the general election in a landslide.

I voted for Reagan, Reagan was a leader, Donald Trump is No Ronald Reagan!

Actually he has black guys count his money. Of course, he would rather have the short guys wearing the yarmulkes (read: Jews) doing the counting.

And YES Trump did say that!

The Republican party and the media are corrupt entities who deserve no respect or ratings from Trump.

As a begrudging member of the GOP, I can assure you that the last thing I care about in vetting a Presidential candidate is what ratings he can gin up.

Has this election cycle turned into "Trump the Game" meets Reality TV?

Seems like it. My only hope is that Trump for President meets the same fate as Trump the Game, Trump Airlines, Trump Steaks, Trump Vodka, Trump Casinos, etc.

Given that, Kelly's question is baseless bull squeeze designed to cast a negative view of a candidate and get tongue waggers to go "ooooh". Tabloid at it's best!

Now had she asked him something like "you've said this about taxes, healthcare, abortion or a host of other critical subjects in the past and now you're saying "this", Mr. Trump, how do you reconcile the difference or, which do you really believe?

THAT would have been something proper from a supposed "journalist" at a presidential debate.

Could anyone here imagine questions like are being asked now being asked back in the 50's-60's?
Mr. Kennedy, it is true that you are known to run around with several different women who are not your wife?
How do we know you'll be dedicated to the U.S. and not "run around" on us?
Kelly's question was valid. Do you even know the basis of her question? She asked that given his past statements about women (providing examples), if he became the GOP nominee, how would he respond to attacks by the Democrat candidate regarding the GOP "War on Women"?

HOW IS THAT NOT A VALID QUESTION???? Even trump idolaters have to see that the "War on Women" meme is not good for Trump, given his crude treatment of women in his past!
