Oh please, they didn't set him up. He did that all by himself. If he wasn't such an immature blowhard this wouldn't even be a subject to discuss.

Trump has made this the most entertaining campaign in living memory. Now the fools at Fox have made their next "debate" a hollow exhibition of also-rans.

Their ratings for this one will drop like a stone.

I think it is a big mistake to let the other candidates have a debate without him. All it will do is show people what we could have with serious candidates. They probably will behave more like the Democratic debates, and that won't reflect well on Trump. Other candidates will get more time, which may bring them up while Trump loses in the polls.

It's either a bad move on his part, or an indication that he doesn't really want to win.

Agreed. Watching the GOP tie themselves in knots and now their fave TV channel adding to the cluster*ck and it's great entertainment. More popcorn please

He was being very rude to the reporters in that press conference.
Trump's already done that in the past, didn't hurt his ratings either then...

Maybe he can debate with Palin at the Veteran's event? I want to see the two on stage together again :*(. Palin can talk about her son and Trump can talk policy?

I don't think they set "him" up persay, I do think they're trying to set up a potential car crash to draw eyeballs to another non-debate debate and it may have just backfired.
Ask yourself this, what chops does Kelly have that lends her to be a moderator of anything? Is she a financial wiz? Is she a foreign policy expert? How about a political expert?

Nope, she's a tabloid news show person. So why put her on the stage? Why, to hopefully ignite a new controversy that they can yap about for the next several news cycles or at the least fan the flames of the old controversy that most have pretty much forgotten about.

I think Fox is realizing that the "debates" this cycle have turned more into an insult fest and less about actual substance and wants those drive by eyeballs.

The media has been "running hit pieces" on every candidate since Lincoln, for crying out loud. Trump isn't special. He doesn't get to be treated any different than other front-runners have experienced since our country began. The whole election process is a trial by fire and Trump is proving he can't handle the heat, which means he's not suited to be the leader of the free world.

That's a great message and when you vote to send a message you have to realize what the results can be.

Luckily we are all free to vote for who we want and if that is your choice then nobody will stop you but often people don't realize the outcome and then in a few years they start whining when it is a family member who loses their job or grand children who can't get their entry level job just simply due to a socialist making this County like Europe where young adults have a hard time to find any job.

I lived for years in a Country with socialized health care, etc. and sales tax is now at 21% over there so that is what you vote for as NOTHING is for FREE!
I don't for one minute think Sanders could get his policies through congress. I don't even think he'll make it out of the primary. I'm just saying I don't like our choices. I don't want another Bush or Clinton, or the two first term senators who should be in congress doing their jobs, or a 75-year old man, or a petulant billionaire who seems more interested in his popularity than actually doing the job, or Rand Paul, who is my favorite but can't seem to get much support, or Carly Fiorina, who can't garner much support either. Oh, and I always forget the others, even though it's them that are probably the most qualified.

You are wasting your time trying to educate the closed minded parrots. They are at a disadvantage having not been recipients of preschool or mommy didn't love me enough to read to me crowd. But I do admire your efforts.

I figure, its all the more room for the others to get a word in. I'm a Kasich supporter, so I don't care if Trump is there or not.
I am glad that Fox is not being manipulated by Trump.
