He shares one sentence and then proceeds to recite the MLK speech. I suspect the person that put that video together does not know that it's a well-known speech via MLK that is often recited by just about everybody. That is not duvals speech. ETA-if you were to see the speech and its entirety

So now we found out this is totally on Melania. The campaign actually hired two respected speechwriters, and she disregarded their text and "made it her own" . It still shows the incompetency of the campaign, that they didnt ask her for a finished product, and review it.
Michelle Obama's speech came from the heart (of Sarah Gurwitz), Melania's speech? well let's just say that although Mrs Trump may be good looking, she has the charisma of a brick wall.
