Your histerical, bring up 8-10 years of Bush gaffes, and then proclaim that Obama hasnt had any because you want to exclude all of those other ones as not "presidential", lets make sure to limit those to audio, because those videos of Obama walking into a helicopter or trying to open up a window, to walk through thinking it was a door, or giving thoughtless gifts that the end user couldnt even use, dont count.

Your above videos however, do not show either "stupidy" or "incoherence" from Obama.
Obama has a tendency to say "uh" during pauses when he is talking slowly, and likely thinking about how to phrase his next few words.
He tries to choose his words carefully when he speaks.
The use of "uh" and "um" during pauses is very common among bright people when they speak. So I do not consider that to be a problem in Obama's speaking.
As for his "stuttering" ... he is essentially doing the same thing with repeating words during a pause, as he does with "uh" and "um".
He just occasionally repeats a word a few times until he can think of how to phrase his next few words. Once again, this is a common way for bright people to speak.
He is being very careful about how he phrases his comments, and that is a sign of intelligence.

Yes, for some people, use of the word "um" can make them sound stupid.
It can indicate that the person is unable to think of the next thing to say.
That would be true if the person was stupid to begin with, and the person just continued to hang on repeating the word "um" without saying anything beyond it.
However, Obama is CLEARLY not stupid, and anyone with intelligence would easily recognize that.
People do not graduate Harvard Law School as Magna C-u-m-Laude, if they are stupid. It is ridiculous to even consider.
Anyone who listens to Obama just for a few minutes can easily see he is a very intelligent man.
Obama's use of the word "um" is nothing more than a method of pausing while he thinks of how to phrase his next few words.
