Russia isn't European much at all. Most of what it does is anti European. It's government exists to serve it's own members and protect itself from its citizenry. This is in fact what Ukrainians were seeking to move away from in 2014. They have a long ways to go but are on the path.

You quote Azarov as if that's an unbiased source. Hard to take your reasoning seriously here. I'm already aware of what his Russian buddies tried to tell Ukrainians the pitfalls of the EU association but the thing is, it didn't work on the under 50 crowd especially in the west half of the country.

Oh, it shouldn't boggle your mind too much.

Russia of course is part of Europe - it's Eastern Europe to be precise.
Ukraine is Eastern Europe too, that loves to pretend to be "Western Europe," but to no avail, alas.

I quote Azarov because from what I understand, he was the source of those news regarding Lvov's LAZ on Russian sites. Other than that, I've heard his name before, but I don't know much about him.

As I've said, when people are dumb in the "west half of the country" - that's half of a problem. The real problem begins when they start murdering those in Eastern part, that have better understanding of a situation.

Comrade Erasure is lost in an alternative reality warp where Russian nazi/imperial mythology and Putin propaganda actually materialized. Comrade Erasure spent almost 4 years (at the very least) in this state of suspended being. Apparently her exaltation over Putin' ersatz blitzkrieg in the early 2014 fried some critical reality perception circuits weakened by her self-loathing over being away from the Faterland and Fuhrer at such glorious moment in its history.

Meanwhile in Ukraine

Quote:
In one of the schools of Nikolaev after the lecture about the AIDS problem students were handed out brochures with the rules of safety for the girls involved in the sex business.

About it reports the Internet-the edition "Swok. nfo" referring to the grandmother of the pupil of this school.

As it turned out, the school was one of the representatives of public organizations and asked permission to read to the students a lecture on how to protect themselves from AIDS. Of course, the school didn't mind, given the topicality of the topic. However, it was later revealed that after educational material students are given booklets that teach how to "save life and not only" if you are involved in sex work.

"You chose a very dangerous profession, but if you always stick to these simple rules, you will get a chance to live a long life..." - this speech is accompanied by further text.

In addition to well-known rules on contraception in the brochure is also posted tips "every day". For example, how to take payment from clients, to negotiate with the "friends" on signals assistance and what are the places for "service" it is better to choose.

We will not dwell on the practical aspect set forth in the brochure information, but, obviously, the more useful it can be for distribution among a certain group of persons where some police or AIDS centers, but certainly not among high school girls.

Cheap hookers West Oh so necessary. But to blame Russia.

"According to experts, the total number of individuals with HIV (including those who are undiagnosed) is estimated to be between 1.2-1.4 million.[1] 1% of the Russian population could therefore have HIV.[2] According to the UN, Russia has one of the fastest growing HIV/AIDS epidemics in the world"

Russia's high school children should also learn about AIDS...
